About Sam
Sam joined Elysium in 2021 as Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance. Prior to joining Elysium, Sam was a Partner and Of Counsel at Walkers (Guernsey) LLP (formerly AO Hall LLP).
Sam has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law including investment fund establishment and financial services regulation.
Sam was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1998, admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2008 and was called as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in January 2017.
